CUSTOM_MADE ORDERS
We will create your Custom-made dress or gown to suit your proportions and height. This process will require 2-3 fittings in person in our NY-based studio to help ensure proper fit. Please note that following final purchase, adjustments may be possible however depend upon the extent of alteration required and will be at the discretion of JINNYLEE DESIGN.
We will provide you an estimated price and will work within the agreed budget during this process. The final price will be determined after finalizing design details including choice of fabric, lace, and embellishments.
Please note we reserve the right to use all products and photos for advertising or promotion.
Timing
Custom-made orders are subject to the complexity of design, consultations, and fittings, and so the production timeframe may vary from 3 to 6 months. Therefore, we highly recommended to start to design of your dress at least 3 months before your event date.
We offer shipping of your finished dress or gown from New York within the United States. We ship priority courier at cost within the United States and if you choose to do this then please allow 12-18 business days for us to deliver the items to you.
Payments
Return & Cancellation Policy
We understand that ordering a dress or gown for your special occasion is an important undertaking. Please note that your dress is especially created for you and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns.
Custom-made orders require confirmation with payment of the deposit. Payment of deposit is requested within 15 days of invoice. Please note that deposit will be forfeited if the order is cancelled.

Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change.
The shipping estimator provided at check out is the shipping time only and does not include the order processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 72 business hours. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped.
Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors. To track your package, simply enter the tracking number here for your order status.
