Custom Design Order

Do I need an appointment to visit JINNYLEE DESIGN, and if so, how can I make an appointment?
You are welcome to visit our showroom or make a viral appointment. Our showroom service is open for appointment in advance only.

Please contact us by filling in our appointment form on our website. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm the date and time.

What should I expect from my appointment?
We offer appointment service in person or virtual appointment for design consultation. Our In-person appointments usually last about an hour, and 40 mins Zoom virtual consultation sessions. We are committed to giving each customer a professional and personal consultation, in which design consultant will help you design your own dream dress. There is no obligation to order dress after an appointment.
Who should I bring to my appointment?
It is always helpful to bring someone you trust to your appointment. We advise one or two people ideally, as this makes for a relaxed but informative experience. We advise that bringing children or pets with you can be stressful and distracting.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE CUSTOM-MADE DRESS?
It depends on the complexity of design and the time for communication, the timeframe will vary from 3 to 6 months. Therefore, we highly recommended to start to design your dress at least 3 month before your event date.
What if I want to change dress style, color or size after ordering?
Tailoring process begins as soon as an order has been placed, and materials cannot be reused. For any changes or cancellations, please do contact us within 24 hours. Please note that corresponding change fees will be charged on changes you need. Please contact us for detail when you need changes.
DO I NEED TO PAY BEFORE RECEIVING THE FINAL DRESS?
Yes. We will start tailoring your dress after receiving initial deposit and final payment is due at delivery. Please kindly noticed that the dresses are made to order.
How can I pay for my dress?
We accept payment methods like Cash, Credit card, Debit cards. We will also need to measure you and take some personal details so that we can make dress in correct size and contact you when your dress is complete.
COULD I CANCEL THE ORDER IF I CHANGE MIND?
Yes, you could cancel your orders within 24 hours of payment and it will be eligible for a full refund. More than 24 hours after payment confirmation, will be eligible for a partial refund and 50% deposit of the product purchase prices since the dress is specifically made for your design idea and size.

When will I receive an order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be emailed to you within 45 minutes of placing a successful order.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may check the status of your order by logging in to your account, clicking on “My Orders”..
HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please email to our Customer Service department immediately. Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM AFTER PLACING ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. However, if you place a new order that can be shipped with your existing order, usually within 24-hours, only valid with standard shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 10-15 Business days of being placed. Please see our Shipping Policy or more detailed information regarding shipping times and services. if you choose Standard shipping. Once that the item is available in our showroom, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
How do I return an item?
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. Please reach us customer service to make a return or exchange request and provide the following information:

- Order Number

- First and Last name

- Product names that you want to return/exchange (Name-Color-Size) and the product you want to exchange to if applicable. (i.e. Short Sleeve Dress-Navy-1M)

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date. To ensure your item is covered by our free return policy, returns must be initiated within 7 days of the ship date. Returns initiated after 7 days will have a $9.95 return charge deducted from your refund.
WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your USPS tracking information once your order ships.
How many day take for shipping?
- Economy Shipping (Est. Delivery 10-15 Business Days): FREE

- Standard Shipping (Est. Delivery 5-10 Business Days): $9.99

- Express Shipping ( Est. Delivery 2-7 Business Days) : $14.99

The shipping estimator provided at check out is the shipping time only and does not include the order processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 72 business hours.

WHEN DOES MY CARD GET CHARGED?
We pre-authorize your card at the time the order is placed. We do not charge your card until your order ships.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Taxes are assessed based on municipality that the order is shipping to, not the billing address. If the shipping municipality assesses tax on retail apparel sales, then you will be charged the appropriate tax on your purchase.
