How do I know if my custom gown will align with my dress vision?
This is a very common question and we completely understand you may be concerned about how your final custom dress will look like. We will guide you through every step of the way with updates and provide as much visual reference as we can to ensure that we’re aligned on your vision and your final dress/gown reflects this! Feel free to book a design consultation to understand our process better and what to expect every step along the way.
Will the final dress be exactly the same as my referred dress photos?
The images are only references for our designer to learn about your needs and requirements. We will design the dress for you accordingly and choose suitable fabrics.
Will my "made to measure" dress fit perfectly?
Our goal in providing a made to measure service is to have our products to suit your body shape as best as possible. However, even with Made-to-Measure products we don’t expect that all items will fit perfectly upon receipt, however as they are made for your proportions our clients generally require less alterations compared to standard sizing.
How long can I get the dress?
It depends on the complexity of design and the time for communication, the timeframe will vary from 3 to 6 months. Therefore, we highly recommended to start to design your dress at least 3 month before your event date.
How do I provide measurements?
JINNYLEE DESIGN will provide a detailed list of measurements for your dress so all aspects are accounted for. You can have them taken at a local seamstress or a friend can help you. Schedule a time to visit us in our showroom, our atelier will take your measurements.
Do I need to pay before seeing the final dress?
Yes. We will start tailoring your dress after receiving initial deposit and final payment is due at delivery. Please kindly noticed that the dresses are made to order.
Could I return it if I am not satisfied with the customization?
We want you to be completely happy with your dress. Since each dress is unique and especially customized for you, we do not accept returns. We do reimburse some fit-related alteration expenses as help. Please refer to our refund policy.
