Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items are from our new collection or a limited edition that are currently available to order. However, the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our showroom. 

• Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours from the purchase. From that moment on it won't be possible. 
• If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team. 
• Delivery times may vary for pre-orders. Usually processed and shipped within 15-20 days if you choose Standard shipping.
• Once that the item is available, your order will be dispatched within two days.
